Adopting a full galvanized steel structure with a 45mm high-density insulation layer on walls and roof, it effectively isolates external heat and cold, preventing internal condensation and temperature fluctuation. The cabinet offers IP55 and IP65 protection grades, delivering outstanding dustproof, waterproof, and weatherproof performance to adapt to harsh outdoor environments. It is fitted with a four-point anti-theft lock and embedded hinges, and has passed Grade 8 anti-seismic testing, providing full protection for internal devices.

The standard cooling system consists of a 600W DC48V air conditioner and DC48V cooling fans, ensuring stable heat dissipation for high-power equipment. The cabinet is divided into an independent battery compartment and adopts standard 19-inch mounting rails. It is equipped with a door-controlled DC48V LED lamp and door stopper for convenient daily maintenance. A full range of optional accessories including lightning-proof PDU, various environment sensors, and monitoring units are available to realize remote unattended management.
